If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Foamtreads slippers you can return them to us within 60 days for a full refund of your product only if:

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping and retain this until the refund has been processed.
Foamtreads cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse.
Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item please place a new order. Follow the steps above for the return of merchandise.
Delivery
We are currently offering a flat shipping rate of $12.00/ pair within Canada only. Shipping to the United States, we are offering a flat rate of $18.00/ pair
Buy $75.00 or more worth of merchandise and receive free standard shipping (Expedited Parcel) within Canada only.

All our orders are shipped via Canada Post, which will require the goods to be signed for. You may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, however please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If using a business address please ensure you include your company name, your full name and unit number, if applicable.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment. Please follow the instructions on the notice left by the courier.
Shipping Confirmation Email with Tracking Number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Limited Warranty
Foamtreads products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against all defective workmanship and/or materials. After inspection, all products deemed defective by Gredico Footwear Ltd will be replaced with the same style. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.

If you have an issue regarding your Foamtreads purchase, please start by reviewing our Limited Warranty posted above. If you feel your issue is subject to this warranty we encourage you to first check with the retailer where your shoes were purchased. They are in the best position to take care of your ongoing needs.
If you’re not satisfied with the retailer’s response and still believe your issue falls within our Limited Warranty, please e-mail support@foamtreads.com and we will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.

Promotion Policy
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied for gift card purchases. Foamtreads reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders (even if combined with merchandise) should a discount or promotional offer be applied to the purchase of a gift card.
Using Your Gift Card
Protect your gift card code as you would cash. Gift cards are non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not returnable.
